J-Track 3D Satellite Tracking- this is an incredible Web site offered by NASA.  Here, you can track your favorite satellites in real time, including the 32 orbiting GPS satellites.  The site offers up to a 1/4 second update rate for satellite position.  You can see a satellite's position in space at any given time and the "ground track" for each SV.
